✅ Easy Returns & Exchanges

  • You can request a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused & unwashed

    • In original condition with tags intact

    • Packed in original packaging

🔁 What You Can Exchange

  • Size issues? No problem—we’ll send you the right fit.

  • Changed your mind? Go for a different product of equal or higher value (just pay the difference if needed).

💸 Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 15–17 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to your original payment method

  • COD orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer (we’ll reach out for details)

🚫 What’s Not Eligible

  • Customized or sale items (unless damaged or defective)

  • Products returned without proper packaging or in used condition
